Welcome to my site!

My name is Sarah and I am an HR Professional by day and random blogger/IG poster by night!

This whole blogging thing is quite new for me (I just started the end of 2016) but I figure even if I am the only one who reads it…at least it is an organized way to keep up my journalling! It is a place for me to express myself in all forms and document all sorts of “self enhancements” – mind, body and …everything else.

 

I have separated my blog posts into 3 categories of self enhancements:

Body – This will cover anything I consider a physical enhancement

Mind – Books! I am already an avid fiction reader but also love reading self-help/motivational/happiness/etc. books and I like to make notes on the points I feel are actionable and useful and I will share these. Hopefully you will be able to find some useful habits to adopt or at least get an idea of books you want to pick up (or not). Oh and libraries are the greatest.

Everything Else – …So this will just be a random culmination of thoughts, recipes, reviews, desires and anything else that comes to mind.
